Frode, I want to thank you for sharing everything you have shared. I got my heart chakra throttled last week the way you described in one of your posts. It was quite unsettling at 1st. But because of your thread, I was able to recognize it for what it was and immediately put on my spiritual armor, which includes a violet energy shield that protects against any attack of any kind from any entity from any demension. And returns 90% of the energy amplified a thousand fold to the sender/senders. And allows 10% to pass through changed into healing energy. It is quite invigorating while they continue the attack. But thanks again for posting, I could see how that would have scared the crap out of someone if they didn't already know what to expect. You described it perfectly! Thanks again!!
